All stays include:

• Unlimited access to Hot Springs amenities, including 3 outdoor naturally sourced hot springs pools open year-round, outdoor seasonal mineral pool, towel service, and plush Halcyon robes during your stay
• Complimentary Wi-Fi
• Parking included
• Board games and outdoor games available

Check-in Age

Guests must be a minimum of 21 years of age to check-in at our resort.

Extra Guest Charges

Additional guest fees do apply. Please ensure you select the correct number of guests while you create your reservation for accurate pricing.

Pet Policy

$25 per pet, per night, in designated pet friendly units only.

Pets are allowed with pre-booking. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. All damages are the responsibility of the pet owner. The resort reserves the right to refuse any pet or to cancel reservations without refund if pets are not kept in accordance with the policies of the resort. Maximum 2 pets. Pets are permitted in Granby Cottage, Blondin Cottage, Loft Cabins, 1 and 2 bedroom Chalets.

The above charges are daily (taxes not included). Rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

Management reserves the right to apply a $250 fee for not adhering to the Pet Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be provided by email, before the applicable deadlines below, in order to avoid a penalty charge for the full total of your reservation, including taxes.

Please refer to your confirmation letter for your cancelation policy.

Check in: 4:00pm, Check out: 11:00am

Halcyon Hot Springs does not allow for early check-ins or late check-outs at this time. Check-outs that are past 11:00 am will be charged a late checkout fee as signed by the guest upon arrival during the check-in process.

Rules and Regulations

Please be advised that infraction fees will be applied if the following rules and regulations are not followed.  It is the responsibility of the registered guest to ensure that all guests in your party are aware and adhere to our policies.

 

• All Visitors must be registered with guest services and are required to depart the property by 10:00 PM
• Quite time on the Resort is from 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Waterfront access is only permitted during daylight hours
• Fires are strictly prohibited
• Alcohol is not permitted on the pool deck or public areas – $150 infraction fee
• Smoking/Vaping is not permitted on the pool deck or within accommodations – $250 infraction fee
• Pets must be registered in a pet-friendly accommodation and a pet waiver must be completed at check in – $150 infraction fee
• Deep cleaning fees may be applied at the discretion of housekeeping for any above average wear and tear – $150 infraction fee
• All robes are to be left in the accommodation at check out – $80 per missing robe
