Tours
Join us for a guided stand up paddle board experience on the majestic waters of Arrow Lake. Our staff are certified Paddle Canada SUP Instructors and will provide you with a safe, fun and historical tour of the shoreline area around Halcyon Hot Springs.
Each tour will include a SUP knowledge session on how to use your board safely on the water followed by a paddle along the shoreline as we discuss the rich history the area has to offer . Trips will be planned based on weather and water conditions the day of the tour.

Group Tour and Hot Springs
Join others in a group tour followed by a dip in the hot springs.

What to Bring
To ensure a pleasant experience on the water, we suggest bringing the following items:
- Jacket
- Water
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses
- Shoes you can get wet wet
- Polyester or nylon clothing (please avoid cotton)
- Towel (if you choose to go for a swim)
- Any medication required (ie. Epi pen)
Halcyon Hot Springs will provide:
- Stand up paddle board
- Leash
- Paddle
- PFD
- Whistle
- 20L dry bag and waterproof phone case
- Rescue Throw Line
Cancellation Policy
Halcyon Hot Springs may cancel a SUP Tour or yoga if the weather conditions are not safe or favourable for being out on the water. We will do our best to provide as much notice as possible.
Unfavourable weather includes the following:
- Excessive winds and waves
- Rain
- Thunder and lightning
Cancellations made within 24 hours – 50% cancel fee
No shows -100% cancel fee
Cancellations made outside 24 hours – no charge
Cancellations made by Halcyon Hot Springs due to weather – no charge
